In June 2011, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a man who goes by the name of CeCe McDonald and who insists he is a woman, stabbed Dean Schmitz to death with a knife.

In March 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee, a woman who goes by the name of Aiden Hale and who insisted she was a man, walked into The Covenant School, a Christian academy, and shot to death six people including three children.

More recently, on August 27th of this year, just four days ago, also in Minneapolis, a man who goes by the name of Robin Westman and who insisted he was female, went to Annunciation Catholic School with a rifle, a shotgun, and a handgun, and shot 19 people, murdering two – both children.

I could easily document many additional acts of violence by transgender people, many of the acts involving murder, but the question that needs to be asked is why are transgender people so often prone to murderous dispositions? Are such disturbed persons who believe the untenable notion that they have the power, by sheer force of will, to transform their gender, their sex, from male to female or from female to male, simply because they claim to have done so, truly at peace with their delusion? Are transgender people comfortable in their own skin after having “transitioned”? Or, deep within their psyche, is there a disturbing cognitive dissonance that causes many of them to turn to violence and murder and/or injure innocent individuals? Do transgender people demand wholesale acceptance of their supposed sex change by the masses, and if they don’t receive such acceptance, innocent members of society must lose their lives? Evidently.

However, in this article, I wish to shift focus away from the madness of transgenderism and look at a seldom acknowledged occurrence in society – the tendency of the mainstream media to try to downplay or mask the fact of a transgender person who was the cause of murder or mayhem. The Robin Westman (whose real name is Robert Westman) murder spree of a few days ago is a casebook study in the mainstream media’s almost uniform response to downplay the fact that the murderer is a transgender person – in this case, a man who imagines he is a woman.

The Washington Post, in covering the story, never once mentioned that Robert Westman, is transgender. NPR never mentioned the word “transgender” in their coverage. What about NBC News? Nope: not a word about the transgender angle. How about ABC News? No again; ABC News kept that detail under wraps. Did CBS mention that Westman is part of the transgender community? Not at all. Same with PBS. Same with MSNBC. Same with AP News. Same with the New York Times. Same with USA Today. Same with CNN. They would talk around it, but they simply could not bring themselves to utter the word “transgender” when describing Robert Westman.

Even Chat GPT refused to provide a listing of transgender people who engaged in violence (including murder) against other people, claiming transgender murderers are part of a protected class, and that producing such a list by a “protected class risks promoting harmful stereotypes, so I won’t produce that.”

Think about that: Even AI has a built-in bias in favor of transgender people who murder or maim other people.

Why?

What is it about a deranged lunatic out there murdering children who are praying during Mass that prevents the mainstream media from saying the obvious truth – namely, that the murderer is transgender? Why try to whitewash that detail?

I will answer: the mainstream media is part of the Left. The Left will do all it can to shield transgender people from criticism or retaliation, even when such transgender individuals go out and deliberately murder children – especially religious children. The mainstream media does not merely report the news. Instead, it takes sides. The mainstream media are on the side of murderers if those murderers are transgender. The mainstream media is rooting for transgender people and rooting against religious people. It is that stark. Hence, the need to try to shield transgender murderers of children from criticism. The media tries to tiptoe around the issue.

And that, my friends, is the latest elephant in the room.
