A large – Fortune 100 large – American corporation has invited me to design and then deliver a workshop on storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity! Stories – not data – are what capture the attention and the imagination of many people. Through stories we can hold the attention of the masses because people are innately curious how stories evolve and then resolve. Stories can also influence people to make better decisions and to learn important life lessons.
While I’ve never delivered content on stories in my long and “storied” career, I have relied on stories again and again to teach correct principles. Thus, I am relishing this new opportunity to make an impact on a lot of good people.
