The home of Uncommon Sense: Providing Clarity, Promoting Intelligence

Welcome

Delighted to have you back for yet another dose of Uncommon Sense! This issue is simply bulging with content!

The Self-Development column will take a hard look at something internal to us that holds us back. Read it carefully and internalize it.

One of my favorite thought-leaders is the wry, witty, antagonistic Roger Kimball. The man is brilliant and prescient. I am pleased to have him for the next three issues of Uncommon Sense in The Elephant in the Room column as he shares his outlook on restoring American culture, something that was sorely missing over the last four years.

We live in, and often loath and lament, an uncertain world. But fear not: the From Ara’s Journal column will untangle that mystery.

And yes, The World of Words column will cap this issue of Uncommon Sense with yet another useful word to add to your every-growing vocabulary.

OK, let’s get started.
